As a Planning & Customer Service Intern , you will support the Planning and Customer Service teams in optimizing supply chain and service operations within a manufacturing or corporate environment. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that enhance operational efficiency, demand planning, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities :
- Support production planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in monitoring customer orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, logistics, sales) to improve service levels and resolve delivery issues.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, KPIs, and data analysis related to planning and customer service performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
Minimum Qualifications :
Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.Intermediate to advanced English level.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
