As a Planning & Customer Service Intern , you will support the Planning and Customer Service teams in optimizing supply chain and service operations within a manufacturing or corporate environment. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that enhance operational efficiency, demand planning, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities :

• Support production planning and scheduling activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist in monitoring customer orders, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, logistics, sales) to improve service levels and resolve delivery issues.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, KPIs, and data analysis related to planning and customer service performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
