This Position reports to :

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also showcase your expertise by reading and interpreting the technical diagrams / instructions for assembly of products / systems / panels.

The work model for the role is : on site

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México.

You will be mainly accountable for :

• Assists in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor production KPIs, quality metrics, and operational performance.
• Supports data collection and cleaning processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across production systems.
• Uses advanced Excel functions (Power Query, pivot tables, macros, etc.) to automate manual reporting tasks and streamline workflows.
• Applies basic programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA, or SQL) to create scripts and tools that automate repetitive tasks and improve data accessibility.
• Collaborates with production supervisors and operational excellence teams to identify opportunities for digitalization and process improvement.
• Documents data processes and provides training or guidance to team members on new tools and systems developed.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives and supports the implementation of lean manufacturing principles through data-driven insights.
