Descripción del trabajoRecent graduate (2023 - 2024) in software engineering, computer science or any relevant field; and / or equivalent experience. Up to 1 year of experience in programming languages, reporting tools (Jasper), and databases (SQLite, Oracle, MariaDB, MySQL). Intermediate-advanced English proficiency, oral and written. Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic.
Job Overview :
Software engineers in this role are responsible for developing and testing bank chip programming for Latin America.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop proficiency in Java, C / C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Migrate legacy programs and reports to new technology following established guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior developers, team leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Participate in the development of software applications, modules, and components, following established coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software components, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free code.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, helping to identify and resolve software-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
