The Opportunity
We’re building an AI-powered ELT platform that simplifies data engineering, automating routine work and helping teams move faster, cleaner, and smarter. As a Backend Developer, you’ll write real code that solves real problems at scale using modern tools and practices.

You’ll join a remote crew of engineers, product thinkers, and designers who :

- Discuss systems, performance, and architecture.
- Prioritize async-first work, deep focus time, and concise meetings.

What You’ll Do
Build and evolve our backend using Python and TypeScript (Node.js).Design and scale REST APIs for high-performance data operations.Use AWS tools like Lambda, S3, Redshift, and DynamoDB to power our platform.Help shape our infrastructure using Terraform and the Serverless Framework.Collaborate across product, design, and QA to deliver reliable features.What We’re Looking For
At least 4 years of backend experience (Python, Java, C); our stack is Python and TypeScript.Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms and REST APIs.Focus on performance, code clarity, and reducing complexity.Code you’d be proud to show other developers.Strong English skills for remote collaboration.Your First 90 Days
Day 1–30 : Set up, explore the stack, fix a small issue, push code to prod.Day 31–60 : Own a feature, collaborate with QA, demonstrate your code.Day 61–90 : Lead a feature, deploy it, fix issues, and contribute PRs.Why This Role Rocks
