Technical Application Training Specialist

Develop the Technical Training to ensure that we have certified technicians according to the brand standards.

• Define and schedule the correct Technical Training to our dealer’s technicians ensuring that our technicians are prepared to perform any diagnostic and repair to our vehicles.
• Conducting the Technical Training on site.
• Schedule and deliver Technical Training for our dealer’s technicians aligned to the new vehicle launches and technical needs.
• Ensure that our technicians are trained properly before any new vehicle launching.
• Ensure that we have at least one Master Technician per dealer.
• Prospect synergies with training organizations.
• Prepare the classrooms, vehicles, and necessary equipment for delivering the courses with maximum effectiveness.
• Attend Train The Trainer (TTT) sessions.
• Ensure that the dealer’s service workshops count with the right tools, services and equipment to perform successfully any repair for our vehicles
