As a member of a cross-functional team, you ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Mondelez International Quality Compliance Agenda.

How you will contribute

You will compile regional quality KPIs and create periodic reports and ensure that plant employees are meeting the quality food safety compliance agenda, including taking corrective actions and undergoing continuous improvement activities.

To drive continuous improvement throughout our manufacturing plants and business processes, you will be actively involved in selected quality food safety programs and initiatives.

You will support the implementation of quality and food safety systems to ensure compliance with the Mondelez International Quality Chain Management System (QCMS), policies (QPs) and HACCP standards.

In addition, you will attend and contribute at quality food safety related communities of practices, providing technical support and input; offer expertise in the delivery of I2M projects according to regional requirements; share best practices among different manufacturing sites, and; participate in product and process design development by providing quality input to deliver on growth and productivity targets.

Responsabilidades principales :

Es responsable de utilizar adecuadamente el equipo de protección personal, proporcionado por la empresa.

Asegurar la correcta rotación de producto (PEPS).

Debe conocer y respetar el Reglamento Interno de trabajo en todo momento.

Debe conocer el contrato colectivo de trabajo.

Es responsable de asistir a cursos y capacitaciones que la empresa programe para cumplir con normatividades y desarrollo cognitivo de la persona.

Conocer y respetar los lineamientos de seguridad en todo momento.

Mantener y asegurar el orden y la limpieza en sus áreas de trabajo.

Cumplir con las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento.

Participar en las comisiones y / o brigadas.

Es responsable de cuidar y respetar las instalaciones de la empresa.

Cuidar el material y herramientas de trabajo brindadas por la empresa

El área en la que el colaborador desarrollará sus funciones será acorde a las necesidades de las operaciones y la compañía.

Educación :

Ing. Industrial, Ing. Química, Ing. Alimentos, o afín.

Experiencia :

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia

Idioma : Inglés intermedio

Conocimientos : Auditorías

HACCP
