Job Title : Scrum Master

Description :

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification, with a solid understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and artifacts.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technical development environment, preferably in Software tools development or similar.
• Familiarity or knowledge with HiL testing environments, simulation models, and real-time systems.
• Technical proficiency in software development, including experience with development tools and practices such as CI / CD, version control, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
