Role : Business Development Manager (BDM)
Responsibilities :
- Develop professional and business relationships with identified leads across Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Generate and develop new business opportunities by participating in product presentations and closing sales.
- Search for, train, and develop both established and new business partners.
- Manage and follow up on the client portfolio, ensuring continuous and personalized attention. Keep the CRM updated with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare periodic reports for performance tracking and sales forecasting.
- Accomplish dynamic KPIs, including cold calls, meetings, and profit targets.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields.2+ years of experience in sales roles.Advanced English level (conversational).Passion for sales and active prospecting.Interest in the financial sector.Why Excent Capital :
Base salary : $30,000 MXN net per month.Two variable income components : commissions and performance bonuses, both designed to reward results and effort.
