Collaboration Platform Automation Specialists are responsible for defining, building and communicating the technical vision for our Collaboration Services Platform.

As a key member of our team, you will lead the technical vision and architectural strategy for the platform, supporting platforms such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, Box, Adobe and SharePoint. You will drive automation of deployments, configuration management, patching, license provisioning, user lifecycle management and alerting using PowerShell, Python or relevant scripting tools.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 / 5 years in IT engineering or architecture roles focused on platform administration, automation and systems engineering. Key responsibilities include leading the technical vision and architectural strategy for the Collaboration Services Platform, supporting the administration of various tools and driving automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
