Billing Operations Specialist

Contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences by joining our team as a Billing Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating invoice template components and invoicing data provided by operations.

• Gather operational data from various reporting systems.
• Update and maintain relevant billing data in financial systems ensuring all charges are billed completely and accurately.
• Prepare technical documentation and assist with audit requests and other projects as necessary.
• Follow up on invoice reception and process.
• Verify if clients have any disputes or adjustments.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience with complex billing collections and / or financial analysis. Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
