The ideal candidate for this position will be lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and manage strategic planning for demand, production, and inventory. This role focuses on process optimization, technology implementation, cross-functional coordination (Mexico, LATAM, and Global), and strategy development to ensure service, budget, and operational efficiency goals are met.
Manage inventory levels (maximum, minimum, and safety stock) to meet sales plans.
Implement technological tools and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, and supply chain management.
Advanced knowledge of technological tools (ERP, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
Advanced English (mandatory).
