Qualifications

• Management experience : client communication, KPIs, time management
• Software Development experience with Java
• Minimum 4 years of development experience in Java and Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven experience in designing and scaling data-heavy applications.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong experience managing distributed and remote teams.
• Deep knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Advanced English skills
• Ability to drive results through influence and collaboration.
