Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Senior Tax Operations Analyst to lead core tax compliance and reporting activities within our Mexican operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory alignment with SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria), optimizing VAT recovery, and supporting cross‑border tax processes.

Key Responsibilities

VAT & SAT Compliance

• Analyze and respond to VAT refund documentation submitted to SAT.
• Interpret SAT requirements and ensure accurate, timely submissions.
• Monitor SAT feedback and resolve discrepancies proactively.

CFDI Cancellation Oversight

Inventory Destruction Coordination

Monthly Reconciliations & Reporting

Cross‑Border Payment Tie‑Up

Global Netting & DIOT Reporting

Audit & Year‑End Support
