A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within the Regional Accounting team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and present comprehensive financial insights, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement. In your daily responsibilities, you will oversee the month-end close process, manage SAP reporting, and communicate with external auditors to provide the necessary documentation. Staying up-to-updated on various automation tools and supporting the team in building and maintaining effective solutions will be essential to our overall success.

Your proactive engagement in strategic discussions will focus on advancing digitalization and automation initiatives. You will work on various projects as needed, address ad-hoc requests, and identify and mitigate financial risks.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business administration or in a related field.
  • 5+ years of related accounting / finance experience.
  • High proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Knowledge and experience with financial systems data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable, as you will leverage these tools to enhance reporting and decision-making.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive in owning projects and processes, working independently with minimal supervision.
