We are seeking motivated, ambitious professionals who are passionate about client success.Position SummaryWe're hiring a bilingual (English / Spanish) EOIR Immigration Case Manager to join our Immigration Services Department.
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating cases related to the EOIR process.
The Case Manager will organize new case files, maintain consistent client communication, and ensure all required documents are collected and accurately submitted to the filing team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment, ensuring deadlines are met and clients feel supported through every step of their case.ResponsibilitiesNew File Cases : Organize and open new case files, ensuring all necessary information is documented and properly stored.Requesting NTA : Request and obtain Notices to Appear (NTA) for clients as needed.Calendaring Hearings and Deadlines : Schedule and manage court hearings and deadlines, ensuring all dates are recorded and communicated.Client Communication : Maintain consistent client communication, including updates and follow-ups on missed calls.Providing Questionnaires and Document Lists : Provide questionnaires and required document lists, setting deadlines for submission.Declarations : Request client declarations and clearly explain their importance and completion process.Urgent Assistance : Assist clients in completing questionnaires over the phone when urgent.Deadline Follow-Up : Monitor and follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of documents.Court Updates : Communicate updates and changes in court proceedings, explaining the implications for each case.Internal Deadlines : Establish internal deadlines based on court results and outcomes.Interdepartmental Follow-Up : Coordinate with USCIS, SIJS, and Criminal departments for updates.Translations : Request document translations as needed.Mail Review : Review and process all incoming mail related to cases.General Case Management : Maintain accurate, secure, and compliant case files.Ensure cases meet all legal / regulatory requirements.Provide exceptional client service with timely responses.Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to support case resolution.Stay current on EOIR procedures and immigration laws.Keep caseloads updated and meet internal deadlines.LocationRemote LATAMCompensation & BenefitsSalary : $640+ USD p / month paid biweekly, plus incentivesBenefits : 5 days of paid time off after your first year with the companyRequirements : High School Diploma or equivalent (required).2+ years of experience in immigration case management, legal assistance.Bilingual English / Spanish, able to communicate clearly with U.S. clients and teams.Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills.Ability to calendar deadlines, manage multiple cases, and stay on top of court schedules.Comfortable assisting clients with forms, questionnaires, and declarations.Proficiency with Google Suite and case management software.Strong communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.Integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Quiet, professional workspace with strong internet connection.
