Regional Sales Manager - PVC Windows Division (Mexico & Central America) Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the construction materials industry? We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to lead our PVC Windows Division in Mexico and Central America. Position Overview : As the Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations from the central area of Mexico to Panama, managing a team of two sales representatives. Your primary focus will be to drive growth among PVC window fabricators in the region and explore new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with PVC window fabricators.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.

Train, mentor, and develop sales representatives.

Manage the sales budget effectively.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the PVC windows or construction materials industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Proficiency in market analysis and performance metrics.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.

Good english level.

Location : This position is based in Mexico, Queretaro, Leon , with responsibilities extending to Panama and other Central American countries.
