🚀 Regional Director of Sales – West / Mex (Querétaro or Monterrey)

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead & Empower : Guide a talented sales team, driving growth and smashing goals in alignment with our company vision.
  • Strategic Expansion : Research, develop, and penetrate new markets—expanding sales with existing and potential customers.
  • Relationship Builder : Manage key global OEM accounts and collaborate with external Manufacturer’s Rep Firms to amplify our reach.
  • Technical Expert : Become the go-to resource for customer applications, communicating how our solutions deliver value through service, quality, and competitive pricing.
  • Customer Champion : Connect with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits—showcasing our ability to exceed their expectations.
  • Data-Driven : Use CRM tools to track opportunities, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure every quote is spot-on.
  • Marketing Partner : Help craft newsletters, technical bulletins, and email campaigns that highlight our capabilities.

What You Bring :

  • 10+ years of technical sales experience with direct account management (required)
  • 5+ years in sales management (required)
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience (strongly preferred)
  • Industry experience in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, or Plastics / Composites
  • Fluent business English (Advanced)
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
