Project Manager OFE (Office of the Executive)

Plan and administer strategic business projects and activities assigned to various departments by the Commercial Vice President, maintaining close relationships with all area executives.

Support management in developing and executing the business unit strategy.

Drive and participate in cross-functional teams within the practice and across the organization as part of key strategic initiatives.

Assist with business reports (financial, operational, etc.) by collaborating with the commercial function.

Enhance management tracking and reporting through digitalization.

Ensure the yearly calendar is published and executed as planned, including business reviews, goal setting, deployment, quality assurance, HR activities, etc., and run monthly status reviews with department managers and commercial functions.

Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops among the management team and drive actionable outcomes.

Manage practice initiatives with various teams (e.g., communication desk, strategic task tracking, HR interventions).

Develop reports and market analyses for relevant service lines, providing strategic insights to managers.

Strategize and oversee resource management in line with PUL and targets.

Support data preparation for decision-making, including future planning, scenario analysis, trend analysis, and talent pool management.

Interface and influence across teams.

Plan and organize organization-wide initiatives to foster collaboration, business development, and innovation.

Coordinate agendas for senior management visits.

Prepare and circulate meeting protocols for key strategic meetings.

Track open points from management meetings until closure.

Handle external and internal communications.

Your profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with presentation experience, and ability to work across disciplines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at a high level.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining networks.
• High self-motivation, passion for change, and drive for success.
• Works under general supervision, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish tasks and goals. May train, assign, and review work of others.
• Advanced project management skills with at least 5 years of experience.
