As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible to attract, engage, and retain top talent in Mexico. You will work closely with talent acquisition leadership and HR partners to ensure alignment with our global business objectives and drive excellence in our recruitment practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must be located within the Monterrey, Mexico City, GDL .
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year experience with full cycle recruitment from sourcing, interview scheduling, offer roll out, and onboarding
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish

Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and other tools to conduct talent heat mapsInterpersonal communication and organizational skills; ability to build trust-based working relationships with candidates, cross-functional peers, and colleagues in the wider HR functionHigh level of personal accountability, integrity, and authenticity; ideally you will be detail-oriented, passionate, and intellectually curious
