This is a Full‑Time, remote position supporting a team based in Florida, so availability to work in Eastern Time is required. Apply today!

What you will do :

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Develop complete drawing sets including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, millwork details, and furniture layouts.
• Collaborate closely with architects to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into technical documents.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from architects and project managers in a timely and organized manner.
• Assist in the creation of presentation packages and design documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized drawing files following CAD standards and project protocols.
• Ensure quality and accuracy by performing self‑checks before submitting documentation.
• Communicate regularly with the design team to stay aligned on project goals and timelines.
