What will you do?

Oversee the manufacturing engineering and maintenance functions within a plant environment. Ensure that all engineering and maintenance activities align with operational goals and standards, particularly within medium / small-sized plants.

How will you do it?

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize plant efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering teams to integrate maintenance activities with production schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and improvements.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring compliance with financial and operational objectives.
• Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Implement best practices in maintenance management and engineering to improve overall plant operations.
• Compliance with quality and EHS audits
• Search and management of maintenance policies
