Role Overview

The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and efficiency of all production equipment, facilities, and infrastructure at the Monterrey plant. This role will provide full ownership of maintenance operations across molding, automation, and radio frequency processes, while also leading facility and infrastructure technical maintenance. It represents a key leadership position to strengthen the plant structure by relieving Engineering of non-core responsibilities, transferring facility-related technical ownership from HR / Facilities to Maintenance, and embedding TPM methodology as a cultural standard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related field).
• 8+ years of maintenance experience in automotive, Tier 1, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record with TPM methodology and preventive / predictive maintenance.
• Technical expertise in plastic injection molding, automation, and RF processes.
• Experience managing facilities and infrastructure systems.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build team accountability.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and EHS standards.
• English : Intermediate to Advanced level for effective communication in a multinational environment.
