LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, is seeking a skilled .NET Support Engineer to join our remote team in Mexico. As part of a dynamic and growing organization, you’ll contribute to solving complex business challenges and supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for application integration issues and production incidents
• Perform root cause analysis across environments
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and CRUD operations (minimum 3 years of experience)
• Monitor application performance using tools like Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, and system logs
• Support web application servers (IIS, Apache) and manage protocols (HTTP / HTTPS) on Windows / Linux
• Troubleshoot web services (XML, SOAP, REST, JSON) and validate API interfaces
• Work with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) and apply ITIL concepts
• Support cloud technologies and migration initiatives (AWS experience required)
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; participate in daily sunrise meetings
• Participate in on-call rotation aligned with East Coast business hours
• Manage multiple priorities and respond to varied technical requests
