Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team supporting Digital Transformation initiatives. This is an advisory role, working closely with the Head of Architecture and Head of Development to guide strategic technology decisions and define the technical roadmap for the next 3–5 years. The Enterprise Architect will ensure that all digital initiatives align with organization vision, reduce complexity, and enable future scalability.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership (Head of Architecture & Head of Development).
- Define and maintain the enterprise-wide architecture roadmap aligned with organization’s 3–5 year strategy.
- Bridge the gap between business priorities and technology execution, ensuring integration across legacy and modern systems.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance, standards, and ISO-aligned compliance practices.
- Provide architecture oversight across backend, frontend, DevOps, and cybersecurity programs.
- Validate designs against non-functional requirements such as scalability, security, and performance.
- Partner with Architecture Board and DTO leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (AI, microservices, cloud-native solutions, observability tools).
Required Skills & Experience
18+ years of IT architecture experience, including 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect capacity.Proven track record of large-scale transformation programs in industries such as Media, Entertainment, Retail, or similar.Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks.Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including cost optimization (FinOps).Experience with integration technologies (Middleware, API gateways, Microservices).Strong understanding of security frameworks, governance, and compliance.Exceptional stakeholder management and advisory skills ability to influence senior leaders.Bilingual (Spanish & English) strongly preferred, with excellent communication skills.Value Proposition
