The Head of Commerce Content & Strategic Content Solutions is responsible for redefining and expanding the agency’s content product, evolving from traditional social media and organic content into strategic, revenue-generating solutions that connect creativity, data, commerce, and performance.
About the Role
This role will design, commercialize, and scale new content products aligned with client business goals — including Commerce Content, Performance Content, and Data-Driven Storytelling — ensuring that the content operation becomes a key growth lever for both clients and the agency. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creative direction, technical understanding (UX, design, web, AI), and a business mindset, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and building scalable frameworks that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Strategic & Product Leadership
- Define the vision, roadmap, and product architecture for the agency’s content solutions (Commerce, Performance, Branded, and AI-driven).
- Create frameworks and pricing models that enable scalable commercialization and integration into client offerings.
- Translate client business goals into actionable content strategies that impact awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with Media, Martech, Data, and Retail Media teams to develop cross-functional solutions with measurable ROI.
- Product Development & Innovation
- Lead the creation of Commerce Content products, including shoppable content, creator commerce, and retail media storytelling.
- Drive data-driven creativity using insights, social listening, and AI tools to optimize content effectiveness.
- Pilot and scale AI and automation initiatives for content production and personalization.
- Build innovation partnerships with platforms (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Mercado Libre) and technology vendors.
- Business Growth & Commercialization
- Establish and deliver revenue and profitability targets for the content division.
- Define go-to-market models and sales enablement materials for internal and client-facing use.
- Support business development teams in packaging content products that contribute to incremental revenue.
- Optimize production efficiency and ensure profitability across all content-related operations.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team (strategists, content creators, designers, editors, analysts, and developers).
- Promote a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation focused on delivering measurable impact.
- Develop internal capabilities around new formats (Commerce Content, AI, Automation, Data-Driven Content).
- Collaborate closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and scalability.
- Governance & Operational Excellence
- Design operational models and workflows to ensure quality, speed, and consistency across deliverables.
- Define content production standards, KPIs, and governance metrics.
- Supervise external partners, studios, and vendors to ensure efficient content delivery and margin control.
- Ensure brand compliance, data privacy, and ethical content practices.

Minimum 7–10 years in digital content leadership roles, ideally within agencies, retail media, or MarTech environments.Web Designer of preferenceProven experience connecting content with business outcomes (sales uplift, engagement-to-conversion, performance metrics).Strong understanding of web design, UX, and front-end development fundamentals (ability to lead and challenge technical teams).Demonstrated success building new products, monetizing services, or leading business transformation initiatives.Required Skills
Deep knowledge of digital ecosystems : social platforms, eCommerce, retail media, CRM, paid media.Familiarity with AI and automation tools for content generation and optimization.Strong command of analytics, storytelling, and creative direction.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).Preferred Skills
