This hybrid role combines proactive client relationship management with strategic business development, focusing on driving client engagement, growing the prospect base, and supporting marketing and partnership initiatives.
Key responsibilities :
- Proactively engage with prospects, clients, and partners via phone, email, and messaging apps.
- Expand the prospect and partner base through referrals, networking, and relationship-building with affiliates and IBs.
- Convert leads from various sources into active, funded, and trading clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and affiliate / IB partners to ensure satisfaction, retention, and ongoing engagement.
- Educate clients and partners on our products, platforms, tools, and market insights.
- Collaborate with marketing on localized campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Host webinars and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and engagement.
- Ensure compliance standards are met across all client and partner interactions.
- Analyze client behavior and provide actionable insights and reporting.
- Foster strong internal collaboration across departments (sales, marketing, compliance) to deliver unified solutions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships that reflect the company’s core values and promote a positive brand image.
To succeed in this role, you bring :
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or related fields is preferred.Experience in sales and retention, business development, lead generation in the CFD or crypto trading industries.Knowledge of CFD trading, financial markets, trading, and investment products.Must have a solid transferable portfolio of clients.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities to bring new clients.Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills.Professional English is highly preferred.Please not that applicants who don't come from CFD brokers or similar companies, will be automatically discarded.
