Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Statistics, or Computer Science.Proficient English language skills (B2+ level).At least 5 years of experience in data platforms.3+ years of experience in data management for HR and workforce areas.Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python scripting for analysis and pipeline generation.Familiarity with tools like Dataiku, Informatica, Airflow, and BigQuery.Experience working in cloud ecosystems like GCP, Azure, or AWS and their integration with data lakes and analytical warehouses.Development of intuitive visual solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, focusing on usability and adoption.
