We’re hiring a
Level 3 Engineer
to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for our US-based MSP clients. This role is ideal if you thrive in complex problem-solving, infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
What You’ll Do
Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers.
Perform advanced Azure tasks : resource setup, policies, security, scripting, automation.
Support enterprise networking : firewalls, routing, VPNs, VoIP optimization.
Mentor Level 1–2 engineers, ensuring best practices.
Document escalations, infra changes, and project work.
Contribute to migrations and enterprise initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise.
Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation).
Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting).
Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365.
Excellent English for client-facing support.
Bonus :
Mac support, ConnectWise / Datto familiarity.
