LATAM Sales Manager

Pro-Mart Industries, Inc. in Irvine, California is looking for an energetic, experienced and hands-on LATAM Sales Manager with excellent Spanish and English verbal and written skills to manage the sales of our products to Mass Merchants, Clubs and other major international retail chains in Mexico and Latin America.

Job Duties :

• Drive sales growth with major international retail chains, including mass merchants, club stores, and other key accounts across Mexico and LATAM
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
• Identify new sales opportunities, develop planograms, and create impactful cross-merchandising programs
• Recruit, onboard, and manage independent sales representatives in strategic regions
• Organize and attend major housewares trade shows and exhibitions
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
• Build strategies to strengthen relationships with key accounts and open new doors
