Role Summary The Calibration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the calibration department, ensuring equipment is calibrated according to process requirements, and maintaining optimal lab operations. This role supervises calibration engineers / technicians, manages documentation, coordinates with suppliers, and ensures compliance with quality and environmental systems.

Backup Position : Calibration Engineer / Quality Engineer (Lab)

English – 40% desirable

Keep work areas clean and organized (5S)

• Prepare, review, and implement documentation for quality and environmental systems
• Force metrology : pressure gauges, dynamometers, load cells, scales, testing machines
• Electrical metrology : multimeters, clamp ammeters, resistance meters
• Volume metrology : pipettes, test tubes, pygnometers
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Understanding of quality and environmental management systems
• Experience : 1 year as Calibration or Quality Engineer (personnel management preferred but not required)
• Resource planning
• IMSS safety protocol training
