Responsibilities

  • General services administration (cleaning, cafeteria, transportation)
  • Development of Career Plan for employees
  • Establish and develop organizational development programs for all departments
  • Culture planning and management within the organization
  • Monitoring of Culture surveys
  • Improvement projects based on Culture survey results
  • Management of internal promotions
  • Implementation of employee retention strategies
  • Collaboration with the updating of job profiles based on the evolution of the organizational structure
  • Contribution to employee retention and retention plans through organizational culture
  • Creation of improvement projects based on employee competency development
  • Employee performance evaluation
  • Monitoring of HR KPIs
  • Improvement of processes for staff development
  • Employee motivation strategies

Requirements

  • English : Intermediate / Advanced
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / organizational psychology or similar
  • Computer Software : Intermediate Office
  • Other : Teamwork, Conflict Resolution, Customer Focus
  • Required : Organizational Development, Statistics, Staff Turnover and Absenteeism
  • Preferred Qualifications
