We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the LATAM Region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with schools across Latin America, driving recruitment excellence and supporting growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across LATAM schools from requisition to offer stage.
- Partner with Heads of Schools and HR teams to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, assessments, and reference checks with speed and accuracy.
- Ensure alignment with global recruitment policies and tools.
- Produce clear recruitment reports and updates for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with agencies and external partners to expand candidate reach.
- Provide guidance to local HR teams on best practices in talent acquisition.
- Contribute to ongoing talent planning strategies and regional initiatives.
What the Ideal Candidate Will Have
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in an international company.Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously across different geographies.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders.Hands-on recruiter with experience sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and presentation skills.Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving environments.Willingness to travel within the region as required.Safeguarding Statement
