We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the LATAM Region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with schools across Latin America, driving recruitment excellence and supporting growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across LATAM schools from requisition to offer stage.
• Partner with Heads of Schools and HR teams to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, assessments, and reference checks with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure alignment with global recruitment policies and tools.
• Produce clear recruitment reports and updates for leadership teams.
• Collaborate with agencies and external partners to expand candidate reach.
• Provide guidance to local HR teams on best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to ongoing talent planning strategies and regional initiatives.
