We're looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and able to structure their findings effectively. As a member of our diverse and collaborative team, you will investigate suspicious patterns, identify fraud schemes, and design countermeasures to prevent fraud.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Investigate Suspicious Activity : Use data and qualitative insights to uncover root causes and prevent fraud.
- Identify Fraud Schemes : Map out fraud tactics, including social engineering and account manipulation.
- Design Countermeasures : Develop effective solutions to prevent fraud and abuse.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
You'll Work Closely With
Data Science & Analytics – to detect anomalies and model fraud risk.Product & Tech teams – to test and implement preventive features.Ops & Customer Support – to trace cases, flag abuse, and recover losses.Must-Have Qualifications
Fraud investigations or risk analysis previous experience.Analytical thinking & risk assessment mindset.Strong understanding of fraud schemes and social engineering tactics.Comfort with fast iteration and operating without perfect information.
