Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Salesforce initiative, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- This role requires strong technical expertise in Service Cloud, FSL, and Experience Cloud.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in software development and / or programming design and systems management is required.
- The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Lightning experience Configuration and Development.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in SaaS solutions and technologies is essential.
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies is necessary.
- Strong SaaS solutions development and implementation skills focused on Salesforce.com are required.
- A detailed understanding of Salesforce communities is essential.
- An indepth understanding of Salesforce programming including APEX and LWC is necessary.
- An indepth understanding of Salesforce Lightning Platform including development of lightning components is required.
- Experience and conversance in key business functional areas such as ERP, CRM, and SCM is necessary.
- Industry knowledge in one or more industry verticals is desired.
- Strong client-facing communication skills are essential.
- Strong business analytical skills are necessary.
- Ability to learn quickly and function as a positive and creative member of a team is required.
