Sales and Customer Engagement

• Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Foster effective relationships with key decision-makers within OEMs and tier companies.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Utilize current PennEngineering (Other BU’s) customer contacts to penetrate into their MTP needs.
• Land and expand with new and existing customers.
