Job Title
A Customer Service Representative is needed to contact borrowers with delinquent accounts, collect past due payments, and provide payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections, knowledge of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools, excellent communication skills, prior call center experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, self-motivation, goal-oriented, team player, professional demeanor, and bilingual Spanish / English skills.
