Overview :

We are seeking a MES Shopfloor / Field Support Engineer to provide onsite hardware and software support at our customer's manufacturing plant in Monterrey, Mexico. This role is critical for ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime by maintaining and troubleshooting MES systems and related devices on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide onsite hardware and software support for MES workstations in production areas.
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, thermal printers (Zebra, SATO), barcode printers, RF guns, scanners (Motorola, Intermec), Cognex cameras, and label applicators.
• Support MES configurations, installations, and testing for new production lines and strategic projects.
• Ensure operational continuity by providing 24 / 7 coverage through a rotating shift schedule.
• Execute annual preventive maintenance and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Deliver training to production line operators and end users.
• Participate in weekend or off-hour projects as required.
