This position is for you!

In this role, you’ll get to :

  • Quickly grasp use cases and develop functional prototypes.
  • Design production-ready software architectures and infrastructure.
  • Technically lead the team during solution development.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams, bringing technical knowledge and best practices.

    • We are looking for you if you

  • Have 4+ years of experience in Python development
  • Have experience with Pydantic and PyTorch
  • Have experience using OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs
  • Have experience with LangChain, LangSmith, and LangGraph
  • Have experience integrating and working with vector stores such as Milvus or Pinecone
  • Have knowledge of relational databases
  • Have experience with low-code tools such as Flowise, MS Copilot Studio, or Botpress
  • Are able to design scalable architectures and lead their implementation
  • Are fluent in English : you’ll be working with a US-based team
  • Are based in LATAM
  • Previous experience leading technical teams.
  • Experience building AI / LLM solutions in enterprise contexts.
