Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of Document Controllers, providing guidance and support to ensure effective processes and assurance practices.
• Keep documents organized : They make sure all files (like drawings, contracts, manuals, reports) are stored properly — both digital and paper versions — so people can find them easily.
• Version control : When documents are updated, they track the changes and make sure everyone is using the latest version. This avoids confusion and mistakes.
• Access control : They manage who can see or edit certain documents — kind of like setting permissions.
• Support teams : They help engineers, project managers, and others by providing the right documents at the right time.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements
