This is not an admin role; it’s about reducing churn, increasing engagement, and multiplying impact for talent, clients, and Workana as a whole.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with talent, making sure they feel supported, engaged, and connected
• Run regular 1 : 1s with talent to monitor climate, satisfaction, and performance
• Spot early warning signs of disengagement and act before they escalate
• Share insights with Account Managers and BDMs to detect bottlenecks and uncover new opportunities
• Create reports and climate insights that help leadership see risks and trends clearly
• Foster a supportive, high-performance environment where talent grows and thrives
