What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with talent, making sure they feel supported, engaged, and connected
- Run regular 1 : 1s with talent to monitor climate, satisfaction, and performance
- Spot early warning signs of disengagement and act before they escalate
- Share insights with Account Managers and BDMs to detect bottlenecks and uncover new opportunities
- Create reports and climate insights that help leadership see risks and trends clearly
- Foster a supportive, high-performance environment where talent grows and thrives

You know how to listen. Degree in Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related fieldProven experience in talent management, employee engagement, or community rolesStrong understanding of the tech industry and consultant challengesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFluent English (Spanish / Portuguese is a big plus)Benefits
