Finance Director

OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Finance Director with a strong background in BPO, shared services, and finance operations.

This role will lead large-scale delivery teams and drive transformation initiatives across finance domains.Location and Work ModePosition : Finance DirectorLocation : Aguascalientes, MexicoWork Mode : On-siteLanguage Requirement : Advanced EnglishKey Requirements17+ years of proven experience in BPO / shared services / finance domains.Demonstrated leadership in managing large client portfolios within the Finance & Accounting (F&A) space.Experience managing teams of 200+ FTEs.Hands-on experience in F&A transitions with a strong understanding of first-time-right execution.Proven track record in leading transformation programs involving process and technology upgrades (RPA, Machine Learning, chatbots, NLP).

Subject matter expertise in F&A processes : P2P, O2C, R2A, Controllership.
