What You'll Do

  • Business Development : Works collaboratively to develop and implement strategies and tactics related to securing a robust base of partnerships. Develops timely impact projections and provides complete, accurate internal reporting on opportunity pipelines and related activities. Leads development of funding proposals to secure resources for mission-critical projects and initiatives.
  • Portfolio Operations : Oversees strategic account planning and global portfolio management, ensuring burn rate and portfolio forecasts are managed within organizational guidelines. Drives execution of the business strategy and annual operating goals metrics, fostering effective operational integration and coordination across regions.
  • Service Delivery + Technical Support : Oversees execution of partner service delivery, meeting established targets for timelines and cost. Monitors policy and regulatory developments and market trends relevant to the portfolio's areas of focus to conduct analysis and provide recommendations for impact opportunities to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement + Representation : Represents business interests to promote our mission and drive additional resources to advance strategic and business objectives. Effectively engages and interacts with individuals or groups representing diverse backgrounds, interests, and points of view.
  • Talent Management : Challenges and maximizes the team's strength by aligning efforts to meet objectives and deliver results. Fosters productive cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive effort and delivery of business outcomes.
  • Supervisor Responsibility : Supervises work of others. Responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of subordinates. Supervised positions include Portfolio Lead(s), Financial Institution Services in Africa, Latin America and Asia regions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 12+ years of progressive front-line experience with enterprise finance partnerships, with a demonstrated record of achievement leading partnership strategies and elevating account performance.
  • 4+ years of managerial or supervisory experience managing mid- to senior-level positions.
  • Proficient (written and verbal) in English.
  • What Makes You Stand Out

  • Direct experience in banking and financial services.
  • Experience such as managing business verticals and / or portfolios in housing, MSMEs and microfinance.
  • Advisory services experience.
  • Multi-regional experience (e.g., Africa, Latin America, South and Southeast Asia).
  • Experience with financial inclusion programs and diverse loan products development and WASH.
  • Travel Requirement

  • Up to 25% of domestic and international travel
