In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Advises clients regarding products and solutions for solving problems in the Financial Services Industry to reengineer its processes.

Knowledgeable in the trends and directions of the industry, the marketplace, and the players.

Capable in modern technologies and tools, such as GenAI and process mining.

Assists in the creation of an organization's business Vision and Blueprint, and optimizing business operations and processes according to the organization strategy.

Helps clients define and outline a roadmap to achieve their vision for the business function of the future including helping the client to select, design & implement those solutions.

Requires broad knowledge of Financial Services Helps client increase profitability through improved cost management, reduced working capital & increased asset utilization.

Helps client select, design and implement shared services and outsourcing solutions to improve the cost and effectiveness of their operations.

Should be familiar with GenAI, Automation, Robotics, BPM, Decision Engines and other frequently used tools.

Required technical and professional expertise

Rule Language Proficiency : Strong understanding of Decision Model and Notation (DMN) and the Rules language (DL)

Ability to create and maintain dcision models using DMN Diagrams

Proficiency writing clear, concise and accurate rules using ODM Rule Authoring Tool, including Object Constraint Language (OCL)

Experience integrating ODM rules with other enterprise systems

Preferred technical and professional experience

Proficiency in data analysis

Familiarty with programming languages like Java or Python to automate or create custom scripts

Knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
