We are currently seeking an Quality Assurance Specialist with experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all the department.

Work Shift : Monday - Saturday 8 : 00 a.m to 5 : 00 p.m

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and evaluate logistics and transportation operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable Mexican regulations (e.g., SCT, NOMs).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of transport units, distribution centers, and operational processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Investigate operational incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Track key quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to national road safety, environmental, and transportation regulations (e.g., NOM-012-SCT, NOM-087-SCT).
• Train staff on quality protocols, best practices, and relevant regulations.
