Main Responsibilities Include
- Perform assessments for process changes and related investment requirements for cost studies.
- Understand controls engineering scope definition, Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s), sourcing, technical evaluations, design, manufacturing, and installation of air / mist / coolant collectors and filtration.
- Support and prioritize the Non-New Model (NNM) powertrain program requests and ensure that approved programs are completed on time and within budget.
- Support all New Model (NM) program’s facilities aspects including site preparation and machine installation.
- Support flow activities on programs ensuring successful implementation and tracking (Scope, Timing, and Cost).
- Participate in the implementation of Stellantis Production Way (SPW) methodology, supporting all activities including deployment of advanced SPW tools and guiding systematic root cause problem solving methods to address risks.
- Develop and improve process and equipment standards related to controls infrastructure, support emergent controls and electrical issues on the line when required based on complexity and priorities.
- Drive standardization across plants in all regions.
