The Role of General Sales Support Analyst has the responsibility to support business teams in daily business, maintaining databases and systems linked to customers and products, analyzing and reporting the main information related to sales performance of the whole business plans with different customers.
Requires cross-functional collaboration with all departments supporting sales in terms of solving issues and implementing business actions.
The General Sales Support Analyst aims to support the Canadian RSD / Field Sales business teams.
This role is essential in providing support to the PepsiCo Foods Canada (PFC) team in maintaining and managing the product and customer database.
The individual in this position will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and updating of information, thereby facilitating strategic and operational decision-making within the business.
Your Impact
As Sales Strat / Plng Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of :
Ensure Accurate and Timely Reporting : Deliver accurate and timely commercial sales reports (weekly and monthly) in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Database Management : Perform the creation, deletion, and maintenance of product and customer databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Process Optimization : Optimize processes by leveraging best practices across countries, aiming for continuous improvement and simplification.
Problem Resolution : Establish processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Collaborative Environment : Create an inclusive and collaborative environment across teams, fostering a consumer-centric approach and enhancing team performance.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
Experience
Technical Skills :
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Expertise in using various data source systems such as SAP / BW.
Proficiency in database management.
Soft Skills :
Clear communication with all stakeholders (internal and external).
Customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented; organized in approach and maintenance of documents.
Strong strategic and analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales, Finance, or Supplier Management.
Other Requirements :
Strong proficiency in Business English (almost native level).
