Real Estate Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the lead funnel end-to-end, responding quickly, qualifying accurately, nurturing consistently, and setting / confirming high-quality appointments that convert.
Responsibilities :
- Outbound call and engage with prospected leads
- Qualify prospects using a clear framework
- Overcome objections and book, confirm, and follow up on appointments for the Acquisitions team
- Consistently nurture, manage, and organize leads with multi-touch using a CRM daily
- Drive results by hitting weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
