Job Description
Functional Subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion SCM - Sales & Distribution (OM, Pricing & Promotion, Scheduling, Returns).
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Sales and Distribution modules, addressing and resolving complex production issues, service requests, and user queries.
Resolve Production Incident, Problem Management Support issues ensuring timely and effective resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor system performance, manage support tickets, and ensure timely resolution in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
Analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Sales and Distribution modules to meet evolving business requirements.
Lead the Support of system enhancements, new features, and Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, coordinating testing and deployment activities.
Develop and maintain functional documentation, solution designs, and user guides.
Analyze and optimize sales and distribution business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance improvements.
Evaluate new Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, assess their impact, and coordinate user acceptance testing and deployment.
Data conversion strategies, integration points, and support master data management activities.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Internal and External) in resolving issues.
