Executive Administrative Assistant Needed Immediately

Our premium-quality meal ingredients, snacks and beverages can be found in six out of ten U.We are seeking a proactive, discreet, and highly organized Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and management support to the CEO & Senior Management. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office and requires fluency in both Spanish and English .

Prepare and report expenses.

Project & Task Management

Track and follow up on projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Bilingual Communication

Translate documents, emails, and presentations between Spanish and English.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).

~3–5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.

~ Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 level or higher).

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, and database management systems.
