Join our Liquid & Powder Technologies division in Mexico as a Site Supervisor and support us in delivering high-quality assembly and installation projects.
The Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring mechanical installation and assembly activities at customer sites. This role ensures that work is completed on time, safely, and according to technical standards, supporting the project team during the installation and commissioning phases.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience supervising or coordinating field assembly work who enjoy working hands-on with contractors and technical teams.
Coordinate daily installation and assembly activities at the customer site.
Supervise external contractors and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
Support the Project Engineer in the planning and execution of on-site work.
Verify that installation is completed according to technical drawings, flow diagrams, and mechanical specifications.
Assist in reviewing installation documentation and maintaining site reports (progress, HSE, and time tracking).
Identify potential technical or safety risks and communicate them promptly to the Project Manager.
Support the commissioning phase, assisting with mechanical checks and preparation for start-up.
Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering .
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, installation, or site supervision , ideally within the food, beverage, or chemical industry .
Experience supervising contractors or small site teams.
Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and assembly procedures.
Basic knowledge of electrical or instrumentation systems is a plus.
Able to work independently and maintain clear communication with the project team.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%) within Mexico and occasionally abroad.
Proficiency in Spanish and basic to intermediate English (reading and technical communication).
Proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or similar software preferred.
